This is a good question, and a few things you should be looked for are as follows: the instructor should be Keys2drive accredited. This means they have passed Federal Government standards, which includes a Cert. IV in Driver training and some additional training to deliver this program. Check out the driving schools website to see what they have to offer. The instructor should present with a clean and modern car, and they should be presentable, and be prompt for your appointment. Their training should be professional, but also personable. You should not have to put up with uncouth language, and any aggression. Also, at the end of each lesson the instructor should have an assessment sheet of your progress, so they and you know how you are progressing. Remember don’t just look for the cheapest, but look for quality. Don’t forget – ‘your learning to drive for Life, not just to get a driving licence’.
